Can I post payments before I close out the prior month?

Yes, you do not have to wait until all processing has been done for a prior month before posting payments (or charges) for a new month. Another helpful feature when posting payments is that you can have multiple payment batches open at the same time (even multiple payment batches for the same day).

Do I have to purchase special Invoices to use with WAM?

WAM has over 500 Statement, Invoice, and Ticket formats available. In addition, we provide the (optional) service of customizing a format.

Can there be special messages put on my Statements or Tickets?

A special message can be put on statements (like 'Merry Christmas') or a message can be put on individual statements. In addition, your statements can be set up to automatically print a message if a certain condition exists. For example, if a customer is over 60 days late a message like:
You are seriously past due. Please call our office immediately.
can be easily set up to automatically print on their bills or tickets.

How are non-payment accounts handled?

Stop Service Dates can be entered for an account.

If a vehicle comes in that is connected with an account with a Stop Service date, a warning message will automatically show to the scale operator. A similar warning message will show if the account is over its credit limit.

In addition, a special message can be set up for any account (such as 'Have the driver call the office.') that will show if any vehicle for that account comes onto the scale. This allows for better communication between billing personnel and scale operators.
