Can I keep track of all my vehicles?

WAM allows you to keep an inventory of all different types of vehicles. Detailed information can be kept on each vehicle, down to the level of 'Suspension Type', 'Hydraulic Type', 'DMV Renewal Date', etc.

Preventative Maintenance schedules can be kept for all vehicles.

Can I have a different PM Schedule for different vehicles?

Each vehicle can have a PM Schedule based on Days, Gallons, Miles, or Hours.

Each vehicle can have its own schedule. that is, Vehicle 1 can be set to have a PM type A every 40 hours, while Vehicle 2 can be set to be done every 30 hours. A report can be run at any time that shows all PM's that will become due within the upcoming week.

Can I keep track of the vendors I use for parts and services?

A list of all Service and Parts vendors can be entered in with all relevant information needed by the shop (such as the hours they are open each day).

Can I reference the same part by different vendor designations?

The parts inventory function allows for each part to be referenced in up to 12 different ways (each vendor may have a different Part# for the same part).

The part can be accessed using any of the vendor Part#s.

How do I track repair costs on my vehicles?

A history of repairs (by vehicle) is kept. This can be done at a general level ($200 parts, $400 labor) or at a detailed level where each Part# used is listed.

Sublet vendors and amounts can also be tracked

Cause of repair can be designated using national standard reason codes down to the lowest level of detail you wish to keep.
